What is the return/exchange policy? (In store purchases)

All items (excluding vintage clothing and homewares) can be returned to the Tall Birches store within 15 days of original purchase for a full refund. Item(s) MUST be in original condition with tags/packaging attached and not tampered with. All sale items are final sale. 

If you wish to exchange an item, you have 30 days from original purchase date. Information above stands for item condition. This policy is firm.

You have 15 days to refund/30 days to exchange the item. This policy begins from the date shipment has been delivered. Item(s) MUST be in original condition with tags/packaging attached and not tampered with. All sale items are final sale. 

Is anything final sale?

All vintage clothing and homewares are final sale. This policy is firm. Because vintage clothing and homewares are second hand and pre-loved, what you see is what you get :)

Does Tall Birches ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time, Tall Birches does not ship outside of Canada.
